The flange sealing structure of the box-type atmosphere furnace body can allow the introduction of protective gases such as nitrogen, argon, and oxygen during the heat treatment of materials. It is used for the heat treatment of carbon materials, metal materials, and biomass materials, and can also be used for the sintering of lithium battery ternary materials.

 

Features

1. Furnace door flange structure, PTFE sealing ring, spiral clamping device, good sealing

2. The furnace body can be evacuated and can work under vacuum, vacuum degree -0.1Mpa

3. Accurate PID temperature control system and excellent ceramic fiber insulation material

4. Cheaper than vacuum furnace, more cost-effective

5. The furnace top is equipped with a water cooling system, which can effectively reduce the heat dissipation temperature of the furnace top and ensure the normal use of the heating element

6. Optional float flowmeter and gas mixing device
