Vertical tube furnace products are suitable for laboratories in universities, research institutes, factories and enterprises, and are used in high-temperature heat treatment of new materials such as metallurgy, glass, positive and negative electrode materials of lithium batteries, and graphene crystal growth. The maximum temperature of the product is 1700℃. The appropriate temperature and furnace tube size are selected according to the sample heat treatment process. It can work under vacuum or protective atmosphere, and customized products can also be selected according to specific requirements.

Features

1. The furnace is made of vacuum-formed alumina ceramic fiber material, with 3 independent temperature zones, each of which can work independently

2. The tube furnace is equipped with 3 independent temperature control systems, which can form 3 different gradient temperature fields through temperature control adjustment.

3. High temperature control accuracy, small temperature surge, with temperature compensation and temperature correction functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃

4. Intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with program function, can set the temperature rise curve, can program 30 program segments

5. 304 stainless steel sealing flange, extrusion seal, can realize sample heat treatment under vacuum and atmosphere, vacuum degree ≤5pa (rotary vane vacuum pump)

Optional RS485 communication interface and communication software can realize remote control and data recording of tube furnace

 

How to choose a vertical tube furnace?

1. The diameter of the furnace tube for vertical tube furnace and horizontal tube furnace is the same, for example, you can choose 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm or larger sizes.

 

2. There are also three temperature options for vertical tube furnaces: 1200℃, 1400℃, and 1700℃

3. The structure of the furnace cover can also be divided into open type and non-open type, which can be selected according to the use requirements

4. The sample placement of the vertical tube furnace can be in the form of a hanging crucible.

5. Optional one or more float flowmeters and mass flowmeters for manual and automatic control of the gas circuit

6. Choose different vacuum acquisition systems to conduct tests under vacuum, such as rotary vane vacuum pumps or mechanical molecular pump units.
