The fully automatic solid phase extractor is a key sample pretreatment device in environmental testing. It significantly improves the sensitivity and accuracy of trace organic matter detection by efficiently adsorbing, enriching and purifying the target. Main performance characteristics of SPE solid phase extractor
The SPE PLUS fully automatic solid phase extractor adopts highly automated and intelligent technology to realize the full process automation of solid phase extraction (automatic column activation, sample loading, elution, drying, elution, step-by-step collection, etc.), easily and efficiently enrich and extract the desired target, and achieve high recovery rate and reproducibility that are difficult to achieve with manual operation, making batch processing of experimental samples more accurate, efficient and safer.
Technical Parameters
2.1 The whole process of solid phase extraction (column activation, sample loading, elution, drying, elution, and step-by-step collection) can be completed automatically.
2.2 Main unit extraction channels: 8/4/2 channels(SPE8001 PLUS, SPE4001 PLUS, SPE2001 PLUS), which can automatically process 8/4/2 samples at the same time, realizing simultaneous activation, simultaneous loading and simultaneous elution of multiple channels.
2.3 Continuous sample processing capability: 1mL, 3mL, 6mL, 10mL, 12mL, and 20mL solid phase extraction columns can be used to continuously and automatically process 80/40/20 samples; 12mL solid phase extraction columns can be used to continuously and automatically process 48/24/12 samples; and 20mL solid phase extraction columns can be used to continuously and automatically process 40/20/10 samples.
2.4 It can automatically remove the immunoaffinity column cap by its own mechanical action, and the immunoaffinity column cap collection tank collects the automatically detached commercial column cap (provide a test report issued by a third-party testing agency as proof).
2.5 The main machine is equipped with no less than 8/4/2 groups of 12-way valves. The solvent pipeline is directly connected to the solvent bottle and the multi-way valve, and the pipeline is fixed without the sampling needle and other structural pipelines in the middle. The solvent selection valve can switch at least 8 solvents as well as samples, extraction, air, and waste. The pump and valve are integrated structures. 2.6 No less than 8/4/2 independent high-precision syringe pumps, flow rate: 0.1-100mL/min.
2.7 ≥8/4/2 kinds of organic solvents are available for selection during activation and elution. 8/4/2 solvents are connected to the solvent selection valve through independent pipes, and have the function of automatic pipe cleaning.
2.8 The solid phase extraction column rack is automatically pushed out by the guide rail, and the instrument automatically descends and inserts the solid phase extraction column seal through the column insertion rod, and can automatically and sequentially complete the extraction column sealing.
