Adopts high-precision electromagnetic force sensor

It is specially developed for surface and interfacial tension testing. Although the cost is much higher than that of traditional strain sensors, it has many advantages such as high measurement accuracy, good repeatability, and little influence by temperature. It is the current international mainstream measurement solution.

High-quality core components ensure accurate measurement. Each tensiometer is equipped with a high-precision mechanical electromagnetic force sensor, and the highest surface tension accuracy can reach 0.001 mN/m.

T7-inch capacitive touch screen beautiful appearance & easy operation

Tension instrument uses a 7-inch touch screen, and all the information is clearly displayed on the screen and complete the operation. The machine operation does not need a computer, can be used, support Chinese-English swap display.

A tractor serves several purposes

Tension onia meets the plate method / ring method measurement, data direct reading does not need calculation, the design size and process of the plate / ring meet the domestic / foreign standards.

Fluid density measurement

According to the principle of buoyancy, the density of the measured sample can be accurately obtained by soaking it in the test sample.

Measurement and data management software ST Flash

SIT-Q series tensiometer software has clear user guidance and is very convenient to operate. Our ST Flash software not only supports simple data management, but also supports CMC analysis and calculation through easy-to-understand charts, comprehensive measurement reports and data organization functions.
 

Supports data collection, and can mark the data for easy viewing and comparison.

The collected data is saved in TXT file format, which is convenient for viewing and conversion, and the graphic file is generated in PDF format for printing.

Flexible measurement methods for surface and interfacial tension

  • SIT-Q series tensiometers provide a variety of measurement methods, including the traditional platinum plate method (Wilhelmy) and platinum ring method (DuNouy), and can also be equipped with density accessories to accurately measure the density of the tested sample.
  • Platinum ring method can be set for one stretch or multiple stretches, which can be set by yourself. Fully automatic measurement without calculation.
  • Built-in electronic level with operating instructions. The level of the sample stage can be adjusted precisely to ensure the precise measurement of the tensiometer.
  • The spacious sample room is equipped with a transparent glass sliding door, which is very convenient to operate and prevents the influence of indoor airflow on stable measurement.
  • The built-in measurement program can control the lifting of the sample stage to ensure that there is no human interference in the measurement process. The running speed can be adjusted according to the experimental requirements and can be accurately repeated. The use of dynamic, smooth-running drives eliminates negatively affecting vibrations.
  • Electromagnetic force sensor and supporting control system have temperature compensation function, which can minimize long-term drift.
  • Through the 7-inch touch screen, realize simple and intuitive operation and use. Intuitive operation on the touch screen is a hallmark of the new generation of tensiometers, allowing easy control of the sample stage and other components both before and during a measurement.
  • Built-in measurement data management menu, convenient to view data and support external printer operation. All measurement data files can be transferred via U disk, and can be converted into Excel files, which is convenient for managing, recording and organizing measurement data.

Platinum ring size: the wire radius is 0.185mm, the ring radius is 9.55mm, and the ring circumference is 60mm.

*Note: The plate/ring test method needs to be specified when ordering. The standard configuration is optional . If the budget is sufficient, it is recommended to configure both the plate and the ring.
