PT-D6925-1501 GYRATOR COMPACTING MACHINE is designed and made as per industrial standard JT/T 724-2008 Gyrator Compactor and T 0736-2011 in JTG E20-2011 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.The standards ASTM D6925 American Society for Testing Material and AASHTO T312 American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
Suitable to use electro-pneumatic rotary compaction method φ150mm or φ100mm(optional), for asphalt mixture, emulsified asphalt & cold-recycling mixture as compaction mold of the cylinder samples to do asphalt mixture physico-mechanical properties test in laboratory.
Main technical features
- Adopting the high hardness high quality steel as the frame to ensure the high accuracy of angle control.
- Electro-pneumatic servo control adjustment,it can measure and real-time display the rotary angle of the model,compaction pressure,sample compactness,rotary times etc.important parameters during the process of compaction.
- Color display screen and touch control system,the PC port to connect with the PC directly and display all kinds of curve graph.There are no interference between PC and the touch screen to realize the joint control of the instrument.
- Easy to set the rotary angle,compaction pressure,rotary speed,rotary times etc.measurement parameters,and to save,plot and print the results of compaction test.
- With two types operating scheme to finish the compaction molding: ①presetting rotary times. ②presetting appoint height.
