Features

1. The furnace is made of vacuum-formed alumina ceramic fiber material, which heats up quickly and has good heat preservation.

2. U-shaped silicon-molybdenum rods are used, and the silicon-molybdenum rods are evenly arranged on both sides of the furnace, and the temperature field is uniform.

3. Adopt intelligent PID temperature control instrument, which can be programmed in 30 sections, and has temperature compensation and temperature correction functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃

4. The outer shell adopts a round tank design, double-door flange sealing structure, PTFE sealing ring, and the sealing vacuum degree can reach 0.1pa

5. All electronic components are made of Delixi products, with leakage protection function, safe and reliable

7. Optional RS485 communication interface and communication software can realize remote control and data recording of vacuum furnace
