Lighter pressure parameter detector instrument applies to hit straight, ramp-hit lighters. When measuring electric putter in the vertical direction of the reciprocating motion, press the button to make the lighter to ignite the lighter, pull pressure sensors and light barriers, encoders were measured by pressure and displacement lighter button. Output signal via the control box is collected and processed, displayed on the screen pressing force – pressing force-displacement curve, and automatically determine a lighter and lit according to the set criteria for eligibility.
Compared with mechanical measuring devices now commonly used, the instrument uses high-precision pressure sensor pull lighter button pressing force, and the introduction of grating encoder, not only has high measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency, while the production process for the lighter adjusted to provide the pressing force – displacement curve.
