GIT-20 online Glove Integrity Tester (glove leak tester detector) is designed according to the principle of positive pressure leak detector recommended by ISO 14644-7:2004. It is a special instrument for detecting whether there is leakage in gloves.
Mature pressure control technology ; authority management and electronic signature design are added to meet the requirements of 21CFR part 11 electronic records and electronic signature authentication; historical records can be stored in more than 5000 groups, At the same time, it comes with a printer, which can print and save the test records in time; simple design, no need to attach any equipment, no need to remove gloves, fast detection speed and high test accuracy.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Connected to an external air source, the pressure of the air source is below 0.5Mpa, and is connected to the air inlet of the instrument.
- Set test parameters on instrument operation interface, including glove specification parameters, settings are accurate.
- Use glove tray to seal the glove port or the long glove port. Note that glove tray should be kept flat with the glove port to ensure that the edge of the glove tray is in smooth contact with the glove fixing port. Then press the start button of the back cover of the glove tray, and the instrument will start feeding the glove tray. The edge sealing ring is pressurized with air intake. During this process, the glove tray should be kept upright and stable. When the pressure of the sealing ring is stable and the sealing is completed, start to pressurize the gloves until the pressure reaches the set value. The instrument stops the air intake and starts the leak test.
- After test is completed, test result will be displayed on instrument, “Pass” or “Fail”, you can choose to print.
- Press button on back cover of glove tray again, instrument will automatically discharge air pressure in sealing ring and glove. After exhaust is completed, remove glove tray and test is completed.
