CTI-SPT imaging sintering point test (high temperature microscope, material high temperature physical property tester) is a high temperature, transmission projection device used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of inorganic materials, mixtures and ceramic raw materials.
Features
- Won the Major Scientific and Technological Achievement Award from the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- It allows the tester to clearly see the volume shrinkage, expansion purification and complete globalization, sintering, softening point, spherical point, hemispherical point, melting point and other conditions of the sample under high temperature on the mirror screen and know the corresponding temperature when various conditions occur;
- analyze the high temperature contact angle, wetting angle and high temperature viscosity characteristics of the sample;
- provide a basis for production selection of materials,
- Widely used in teaching and scientific research departments in metallurgy, casting, ceramics, glass and other industries.
