Overview
CTI-FRE Series Ceramic Flatness, Right Angle, Edge Straightness Ceramic Comprehensive Tester is used to determine the dimensions and shape characteristics of various wall tiles and floor tiles. The parameters it measures include edge straightness, right angle, flatness, and other indicators. During testing, only the test piece needs to be placed once to quickly and accurately measure the data for these six indicators.

Principle and Structure
CTI-FRE Series Ceramic Flatness, Right Angle, Edge Straightness Ceramic Comprehensive Tester consists of a support plate, movable left and right supports forming a rectangular coordinate system. Three support pins of equal height on the plate, resembling a standard plate with a similar shape and ideal dimensions to the ceramic tile, are used for detection. The instrument reading is adjusted to the appropriate position and recorded. Then, the ceramic tile being tested is used instead of the standard plate, and six parameters are measured without moving the measuring points. The left, right, and central measuring supports can be moved parallel to each other on the plate to form spatial coordinates at different positions, accommodating the measurement of ceramic tiles of different sizes.
