This machine is a new generation of automatic melting machine (patented product) developed by our company. This machine adopts an intelligent mechanical linkage system to realize cold-state lofting, automatic sample feeding, automatic melting, automatic reverse molding in the furnace, automatic sampling, and automatic air blowing. Cold and cold sampling makes the whole melting process fully automatic . The whole machine adopts an integrated design. The heating area and the mechanical and electrical control areas are independent of each other, which can effectively avoid the erosion of high temperature and harmful gases on the mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment .
