Refrigeration High Throughput Tissue Grinder and crushing instrument, built-in compressor, pre-cooled to -50° for low temperature grinding in about 20 minutes, effectively avoiding the impact of friction and heat generation of grinding parts on sample nucleic acid and protein.

Working Principle

Refrigeration High Throughput Tissue Grinder and crushing instrument adopts three-dimensional high-frequency vertical oscillation, allowing the grinding beads and the sample to shear and rub each other, lyse the cell wall and cell membrane, and protect the nucleic acid and protein, so as to achieve the extraction of DNF, RNA and protein from the sample.
