Overview
It is used to detect the high and low temperature expansion properties of solid inorganic, organic materials, polymers, polymer materials, metal/non-metal materials, rubber, plastics, metal products and other new composite materials.
Applicable standards: ASTMD6962003, "Determination of linear expansion coefficient of plastics - quartz dilatometer method", Test method for average linear expansion coefficient of fiber-reinforced plastics, " Thermophysical properties of rigid foam plastics" The test method used is the ejector method, which uses (imported) high-precision micrometer sensors to sense the deformation values of the specimen at different temperatures.
Using computer technology, the sample detection, control, calculation, printing and storage are all automatically completed by the computer. This instrument can complete the sample linear variables, linear expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, softening temperature, glass transition temperature and their change curves. It adopts multi-stage compressor refrigeration (without liquid nitrogen), which is economical, convenient and precise in control.
