PT-D2272-2A automatic rotating oxygen bomb tester is designed and manufactured according to the national standard ASTM D 2272, D4742, IP229, SH/T0193 "Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Determination Method".

 

It is suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of new and in-use turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives). It can also be used to evaluate new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol as a quick evaluation method for its oxidation stability. The test results are used to test new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol or 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol or both, and the performance of each batch of oil can be continuously controlled.

 

Features

ASTM D 2272, D4742, IP229: used in new oil, in-use oil, steam turbine oil, lubricating oil, insulating oil and automobile gasoline engine oil.

The metal measuring cell reduces the unpleasant smell emitted by the medium oil during the test, and eliminates the danger that may occur due to the long test time.

The design of a single independent operation makes the test process have the ability of rapid turnover, and can greatly improve work efficiency when multiple devices are used.

The desktop design is small in size, and the metal bath is free of liquid media.

Simple ventilation, no need to be placed in a fume hood, exhaust gas and peculiar smell can be simply discharged through the plastic pipe.
