       DJS-3 (old model) Freezing force meter is a classic instrument developed and produced by Tianjin Chuangxing Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for measuring the gelatinization strength of gelatin. It has been in production for 15 years. Has a large number of domestic users, and some overseas users.
