Product Introduction

LBT-400A Battery Isothermal Calorimeter is a professional instrument developed based on the principle of power compensation isothermal calorimetry for testing the heat generation characteristics of various types of lithium battery cells. It can measure the heat generation characteristics of lithium battery charging and discharging and thermal physical parameters, and provide accurate, stable and reliable basic thermal data for battery thermal simulation, thermal management system design optimization and battery thermal safety p  erformance evaluation.

Accurate measurement: electrical power compensation and calibration, thermal enthalpy measurement accuracy better than ±1%

 

Sample compatibility: supports soft pack, square, 18650, 21700, 26650 and other battery sizes

High-precision temperature control: Oil bath temperature control range -40~100, stability better than ±0.005

Sensitive monitoring: compatible with power compensation method and heat flow method, combining sensitivity and accuracy

 

Features

1) In an isothermal environment, the power compensation method and heat flow method are compatible to measure the heat generated by battery charging and discharging, which not only ensures the measurement accuracy of the thermal characteristics of larger batteries, but also improves the sensitivity of the heat generation measurement of smaller batteries

calibrate the measurement accuracy of the charge and discharge thermal behavior parameters under different conditions

3) With heat capacity measurement mode, the heat capacity is measured by comparison method, which reduces the requirements for heat capacity test operation and can accurately measure the heat capacity of the battery at different temperatures

4) Integrated battery charge and discharge module can realize charge and discharge mode switching, constant current/constant voltage charging mode setting, charge/discharge current setting, and real-time battery power calculation

5) Network communication enables remote operation of instruments and remote data transmission to ensure the safety of test personnel

6) Can simultaneously record voltage, current and temperature data during battery charging and discharging

7) Optional nitrogen purge module to ensure low temperature measurement accuracy and effectively suppress low temperature condensation water problem
