LBT-90A Small battery adiabatic calorimeter small battery adiabatic calorimeter can help battery and battery pack R&D and test personnel achieve a comprehensive safety performance evaluation by synchronously collecting battery voltage, current, power, temperature, pressure, and time data under various abuse conditions.
Features
1) Simulating an ideal adiabatic environment can directly measure more accurate thermal behavior parameters such as battery thermal runaway starting temperature, maximum thermal runaway rate, and adiabatic temperature rise
2) Integrated battery charge and discharge module can realize charge and discharge mode switching, constant current/constant voltage charging mode setting, charge/discharge current setting, and real-time battery power calculation
3) Synchronous acquisition of battery voltage, current, temperature, and pressure data to analyze current/voltage changes during battery thermal runaway
4) With adiabatic mode, it can accurately reflect the heat absorption and release and thermal runaway process of the battery during the charging and discharg ing process
5) With over-pressure and over-temperature alarm function, the furnace cover automatically rises and falls to ensure safety and convenient operation
