Product Description
Electronic ceramics Ceramic) is a ceramic with new functions that is finally obtained through precise control of the surface, grain boundary and size structure. It is widely used in the optoelectronic communication ceramic industry. This product is mainly designed and developed for the sintering process in the preparation of electronic ceramics. A certain amount of binder will be added to the ceramic during molding. During the sintering process, the ceramic is mainly degreased, which can also be understood as volatilizing the binder and other organic substances in the ceramic product to obtain a ceramic product with new functions. For most sintered body materials with oxides as the main component, the manufacturing process of electronic ceramics is roughly the same as the traditional ceramic process. The sintering furnace has a uniform temperature field and a high yield rate. The degreasing furnace can be specially customized according to the amount of sintering material.

1. The electronic ceramic degreasing furnace can be heated to a maximum of 1100°C

5. Special furnace materials and structures can effectively avoid furnace damage caused by high-temperature volatile corrosive gases
6. Automatic controllable air flow system can improve the uniformity of temperature field and increase the firing rate of ceramic products.
7. Equipped with tail gas collection and purification devices, it can effectively remove the pollution emissions of volatile organic gases
8. Stainless steel racks and stainless steel partitions can be used to divide the furnace volume for layered heat treatment of products.
