The trolley-type sintering furnace is mainly developed for the sintering of large materials or small-scale production applications. High-quality furnace materials and new construction technology of large-capacity furnaces, stable temperature control and intelligent walking trolley system can ensure the reliable quality of sintered products. It is used in new materials fields such as metal materials, ceramic materials, nanomaterials, semiconductor materials, etc.
Heating elements and temperatures
1. The trolley furnace products are divided into three temperatures: 1200℃, 1400℃, and 1700℃
2. When the actual use temperature is lower than 1200℃, you can choose a 1200℃ trolley furnace. For this temperature trolley furnace, we use HRE high temperature alloy resistance wire as the heating element. The resistance wire is evenly distributed on the left and right sides and the bottom of the furnace, and three sides are heated (five sides can also be customized to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature).
3. When the actual use temperature is higher than 1200℃ and lower than 1400℃, you can choose a 1400℃ trolley furnace product. For this temperature trolley furnace, we use SIC silicon carbon rods as heating elements. The silicon carbon rods are evenly distributed on both sides of the furnace, and two-sided heating (five-sided heating can also be customized to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature)
4. When the actual use temperature is higher than 1400℃ and lower than 1700℃, you can choose a 1700℃ trolley furnace product. For this temperature trolley furnace, we use MoSi2 silicon-molybdenum rods as heating elements. The silicon-molybdenum rods are evenly distributed on both sides of the furnace, and two-sided heating (five-sided heating can also be customized to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature)
5. The continuous working temperature of the trolley furnace should be 100℃ lower than the rated design temperature. Correct use can effectively extend the service life of the trolley furnace.
Structure Description
1. The trolley furnace is mainly composed of furnace, temperature control system, furnace door lifting system and trolley travel system.
2. The furnace body and temperature control system are split design, independent temperature control box, and the panel is neat and clear
3. The furnace door adopts mechanical hydraulic lifting (it can also be integrated with the door and car), and the trolley and the furnace are coupled and sealed.
4. The trolley is electrically driven to move in and out along the track, and is designed with an automatic limit device to prevent equipment damage caused by operating errors
Furnace material
1. Choose different furnace materials according to different temperatures. We usually use ceramic fiber materials and mullite brick materials. If the operating temperature is higher, hollow ball alumina materials can be used.
2. It is not recommended to use the trolley furnace in an environment with corrosive products and high water content, which will reduce the service life of the trolley furnace.
Temperature control system
1. The temperature control instrument adopts intelligent PID temperature control instrument, PID parameter self-tuning function, over-temperature alarm function; 30 time periods can be programmed, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, automatic stop, which can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature control

3. The built-in RS485 digital communication port and USB adapter of the thermostat are optional configurations, which can be connected to a PC for remote control and monitoring of the trolley furnace, and can also save or export test results.
Safety protection
1. Modular control can send out sound and light alarm signals, and automatically complete protection actions when overheating and disconnection occur during operation.
2. The equipment is equipped with a circuit breaker, which will automatically disconnect when leakage or short circuit occurs, thus protecting the safety of the equipment and operators.
