The lifting sintering furnace is mainly developed for the sintering of large materials or small-scale production applications. The furnace is fixed and the furnace bottom moves up and down. The furnace can also be designed to move to a specified position on a track. The furnace is heated on all four sides and the furnace temperature is very uniform. High-quality furnace materials and a stable temperature control system can ensure the reliable quality of the sintered products. It is used in the sintering and production of new materials such as metal materials, ceramic materials, nanomaterials, and semiconductor materials.
Features
1. The furnace material is made of alumina ceramic fiber material, which does not fall off at high temperature, has small heat capacity, and saves more than 50% energy
2. High temperature control accuracy, small temperature surge, with temperature compensation and temperature correction functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃
3. PID temperature control instrument is used, which has program function, can set the temperature rise curve, and can program 30 program segments
4. All electronic components are of Delixi brand, with leakage protection function, safe and reliable
5. The lifting furnace is heated on all four sides, with very good uniformity, which is particularly suitable for sintering processes with high requirements for temperature field uniformity.
6. The lifting furnace is mainly composed of furnace, temperature control system, furnace bottom lifting system and furnace bottom walking system. The furnace and temperature control system are split design, independent temperature control box, furnace bottom spiral electric lifting, furnace bottom and furnace coupling seal, automatic limit, switch button integrated on the temperature control box panel, beautiful and easy to operate
7. An air inlet can be installed as an option to allow air or other inert gases to be introduced for purging and protection. An exhaust chimney can also be installed and connected to a stainless steel bellows to discharge the toxic and harmful gases volatilized at high temperature in the furnace to a designated location.
