It adopts an all-metal chassis with no ambient light interference. The multi-mode lighting system combines fog diffuse reflection lighting, white translucent bottom lighting, and compound suspended dark field lighting to adapt to various types of plate imaging.
The software is equipped with rich image recognition algorithms and is suitable for complex colony image processing. The new version of the software adds a fast statistics module. Customers only need to rotate the mouse wheel to easily obtain the best statistical results, eliminating the hard work of manual parameter setting and experimentation.
Fog diffuse lighting
The fog light system composed of 96 LED arrays and nano-light reflective materials adopts an embedded design. High-bright, foggy diffuse reflected light fills the photography cabin, forming uniform upper illumination. The colonies and culture medium have natural colors, and the glass petri dishes will not form common refraction phenomena such as light spots and halos.
Duplex suspended dark field lighting
Duplex dark field lighting consists of double layers of dark field contour light and a black background, and the light intensity can be adjusted freely. The uniform, parallel mixed retroreflected light penetrates the culture medium and gives the colonies a beautiful outline, forming bright colonies on a dark background.
White translucent bottom lighting
Bottom lighting is composed of a white LED backlight module light source, a reflective plate, and a light guide plate, which can control the intensity and direction of the transmitted light. Instead of conventional backlighting that can only form silhouettes, it has a more three-dimensional expression for light colors and tiny colonies.
Efficient digital imaging
High-fidelity fixed-focus lens and 8.5-megapixel USB3.0 high-speed CMOS industrial camera can quickly display the colony shape and color.
Intelligent fast statistics
Seven quick statistics buttons are simple and easy to use. Just rotate the mouse wheel to achieve continuous parameter changes and easily obtain the best statistical results.

Determination of total bacterial count
Nutrient agar, common bacterial colony characteristics: small colonies, neat edges, smooth surface, mostly round and oval

Crystal violet neutral red bile salt agar (VRBA colony characteristics: purple-red, with a red bile salt precipitation ring around the colony, about 0.5 mm in diameter
Mold and Yeast Counts
Bengal red medium, common mold colony characteristics: larger colonies, loose and fluffy texture, darker color in the middle, and divergent edges
3M bacterial count test strips
The bacterial metabolites undergo a redox reaction with the indicator TTC , and the colonies are small and red.
