Product info

Scope of application:

CTI-CRT Series ceramic tile glaze cracking resistance tester is designed based on the principle of using an electric heater to heat water to generate steam. Its performance meets the requirements of the national standard ISO10545-11:1994 "Determination of the cracking resistance of glazed tiles" for test equipment. It is suitable for the cracking resistance test of ceramic glazed tiles and the light industry standard daily ceramic cracking resistance determination method. It is also suitable for other pressure tests with a working pressure of 0 to 1 MPa.

Structural features:

CTI-CRT Series ceramic tile glaze cracking resistance tester is mainly composed of a stainless steel pressure tank, an electric contact pressure gauge, a safety valve, an electric heater, an electric control device and other components. It has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, high pressure control accuracy, easy operation and reliable operation.

Main technical parameters:

1. Effective volume of pressure vessel: Ф500×500 (Ф300×300) mm

2. Rated pressure: 0 ~ 1.0MPa adjustable (customizable 0 ~ 2.0MPa adjustable);

3. Pressure accuracy: ±20KPa

4. Contactless automatic constant pressure, digital arbitrary setting of constant pressure test time

5. Boost time: no more than 1 hour at maximum power

6. Voltage: three-phase, 380V (380V, two-phase)

7. Power: 9KW (6KW)

Working principle of ceramic tile glaze anti-cracking tester:

1. First open the top cover of the autoclave and add appropriate water. Generally, fill it to the bottom. For continuous experiments, you can add more water to prevent burning and not generating enough pressure. Adding too much water will affect the pressurization speed

2. Install the sample on the sample rack, then put it into the autoclave, cover the top cover, and tighten the sealing nut to prevent leakage.

3. Turn on the power switch and connect the power supply, that is, heat the water through the resistance wire at the bottom of the autoclave, generate steam and gradually enter the test area, so that the pressure in the test area of the autoclave gradually increases to the set pressure ± 20KPa and maintains it for an appropriate time.

4. Unscrew the pressure relief valve to quickly drop the pressure in the autoclave to atmospheric pressure.

5. According to the test requirements, let the sample cool in the autoclave for a period of time, unscrew the top cover nut, and after opening the cover, you can take out the sample.
