CTI-ABT
Availability date:
Steel wheel wear resistance tester, inorganic pavement material wear resistance tester
Overview
CTI-ABT ceramic unglazed tile wear-resistant tester adopts a reduction mechanism based on the principle of cycloidal pin tooth meshing planetary transmission. It has the characteristics of compact structure, smooth transmission, low noise, and constant output transmission speed. ISO 10545-6: 1995 "Test Methods for Ceramic Tiles - Determination of Wear Resistance Depth of Unglazed Tiles", "Test Methods for Wear Resistance of Concrete Pavement Tiles", "Test Methods for Performance of Concrete Pavement Tiles", "Tests on Wear Resistance of Inorganic Floor Materials" Methods" requirements for test instruments. By replacing different grinding wheels, inspections of different standards can be achieved, and one machine can be used for multiple purposes.
It is suitable for wear resistance testing of brittle materials such as ceramic unglazed tiles, mosaics, cement mortar, cement pavement tiles, etc.
